My areas of expertise include:

An image of a woman with red hair, blue glasses, green shirt and sweater sitting in front of a computer at her desk.

I build documentation that makes complex technology effortless to use. As a technical writer and documentation owner, I develop product and developer documentation for software, SaaS, and AI/ML products. I manage full documentation lifecycles, clarify requirements, and translate complex technical input into clear, structured content that supports developers, analysts, and end users. My work includes API and SDK documentation, onboarding guides, support center content, accessibility improvements, and structured writing systems. I have led documentation for major integrations, restored deprecated API content, and reduced a three‑year Jira backlog by half through systematic triage and cross‑functional alignment.

I bring strong project and product management capabilities to both product and documentation teams. I have managed sprints, balanced workloads across concurrent releases, guided teams through Agile workflows, and partnered closely with product, engineering, UX, GTM, customer success, and external partners to deliver accurate, user‑focused results on tight timelines. My background includes project management for Cahners, technical editing for Microsoft, structured writing for scientific hardware and software, and work across privacy, accessibility, and compliance.

My focus is consistent across roles: make complex systems understandable, improve documentation quality and usability, and improve team workflows through clear processes and reliable delivery.
